Chinese chip replaces LTM46xx µModule voltage regulator LTM80xx series
The Analog Devices LTM46xx µ Module voltage regulator is a system in package (SiP) power management solution, available in a compact surface mount BGA or LGA package, featuring an integrated DC-DC controller, inductor, power transistor, compensation element, input and output capacitors. The LTM46xx µ Module regulator supports various functions such as step-down, step-up, and step-down step-up, and has multiple features. Some products are low EMI solutions that comply with EN55022 Class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B), and CISPR 25 (Class 5). These µ Module power products adopt a compact and highly integrated design, which not only breaks through the limitations of time and space, but also provides highly reliable and efficient performance.

- Obtain internal compensation for the μModule regulator and adjust the loop response to achieve optimal output voltage accuracy, fast transient response, and minimum output capacitance, thereby powering FPGA, ASIC, and microprocessor.
